What is burnout?

Burnout is a state of emotional, physical and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress.

Lacking passion for things that excite you normally, feeling forgetful or foggy, and lacking the "spirit" to handle basic day-to-day tasks are a few symptoms that showcase the syndrome that is taking over our world.
